WIDE AWAKE Posted: 01-20-08 08:43am
Argh. It's almost 7am, and I've been up
since 4ish with a screaming Dante! Nothing will
comfort him...I've changed, feed, burped,
rocked and he just cries and cries. He's
been doing this every night for the past 2
weeks, always been 12-5am.
This bites and I'm soo tired. And I start
school on Tuesday. I have no clue how I'm
going to last. I hope this ends soon.
Anyone else wide awake???

kinda fussy like that the last couple
nights, but she still sleeps. I hope it
gets better for you. I know it has to be

I think that might be his problem. I might
bring it up with my doctor on Friday (also
his doctor) and see what she says. Good
thing Thomas is off today so hee can help
out.

It does end, it does get better. Looking
back I have no idea how I coped the first
half of Rowan's life (well, and longer,
because she's only been consistantly
sleeping through the night for the last
month now). It does get better, so much
better! I have no idea where my strength
came from, because looking back I have no
idea how I didn't go completely insane,
but I promise, it really does get better.

I agree Tanya. It gets better and when I
looked back, those first few months were
so hard. But you just do it.

macy would scream for 10-12 for no reason,
colic is not fun. I dont think there is
much you can do about it so hang in there,
youll get thru it and forget how awful it
was.

LOL I hope it gets better soon. I finally got some
sleep, thankfully. We'll see if I'm still
alive after this week with school and
such.

I don't know. On one hand I want to go
back and have my alone time for a few hrs
but on the other, I hate leaving Dante for
that long of a time frame. Thankfully
Thomas will be watching him and it's no
more than 4 hrs that I'll actually be away
from him 4 times a week.
