I Was Just Thinking Posted: 04-27-04 04:13am
Honestly I have been on here talking about
culling, and aginst abortion accept for...
Blah blah blah, and I was talking with
out really thinking! I often do that, and
it gets me into trouble every now and
then.
Animals.. I don't believe if "fixing"
animals. Its aginst nature! If they
breed, that is what is ment to be! It is
your responsibility to make sure those
babys are given great homes though once
they are weened.
Humans... I honestly can't accept human
"fixing" if I can't accept it in animals.
Abortion is wrong, because it is aginst
nature. I believe in god, and I believe
in everything happening for a reason. If
you fall pregnant, there is a reason for
it. If that baby is going to die, then
think of it as you are helping god produce
an angle, not that you are producing a
dead baby. If you are going to die from
it, then know that this is what was chosen
for you to die. To abort the baby is
showing fear of dieing, and why should you
be afraid? It is going to happen as some
point!
Yes rape is hard, but like someone posted
before, rape is an acti of violence, and
so is abortion. So that woman is
violated, and then turns around and
violates herself again. Doesn't make any
since to me, she seems to be asking for
certen insanity. Of course there are the
woman who really don't care about anything
but themselves. Nature planted that seed
inside of you, and it usualy isn't wise to
go aginst nature.
If you want to talk about freedom of
choice, then I should have the right to go
to each and every one of your houses, and
bring you to certen death. Why? Because
it is my freedom of choice, I should not
be wronged for it. I will live with your
blood on my hands for life, but that was
my choice, right? Or am I wrong? And if
you clame this to be wrong, then how can
you clame abortion to be right?
Honestly I have seen some great points
made on eather side; pro-life and
pro-choice! Wrong and right are often in
the eye of the beholder. I feel abortion
is wrong, and I gave my reasoning for that
choice. But I am opened minded enough to
know that others think it is right. I am
not trying to change anyone's mind on
their choice! Choice is apart of nature
as well. So what you choose is up to you,
only you have to live with your choices.
I personaly find abortion wrong, and I am
sorry if you find it to be ok, and I pray
for everyone that their choices are truely
the right one for them!
I'm not trying to start yet another
argueing string here, though I am sure
from what I have seen in all the other
post that I will get plenty of
pro-choicers hounding me. But I am just
saying abortion is wrong, but I would
never turn my back aginst someone who is
pro-choice. And if my child were to
choose abortion in her life, then I would
stand by my child, even though I find it
to be compleatly wrong. Because to turn
my back on these people would make me
wrong too. Of course I speak from my
religious point of view, and I know not
all of you carry the same religion.
Sorry to those I upset about this, but it
is my opinion, even though some of you
don't think opinions should be made on
here. I think opinion has everything to
do with someone choosing abortion or not.
Just remember adobtion is always a
possibility!!

I am not going to argue with you because I
do have enough of your posts to know that
you are an intelligent person.
Your views are understandable. And good
for you.
But, not all people feel the same as you.
Some women just honestly should not be
mothers. Of course, ideally they would
just never get pregnant, but they do.
So, for them abortion is the best option.
As far as the mother and baby dying, if
it was "there time to go" then it would
not be foreseen. It would just happen.
Just my opinion.
Animals should be fixed. I suppose it
does go against nature but the fact of the
matter is that we are suppose to take care
of these animals. They are already so
overpopulated that they are starving to
death, being beaten and abused etc. So,
I would much rather have people fix their
animals, but again that is just me.
Don't think I am attacking you or
"hounding" you as I am not. You stated
your opinion and I do respect it, I just
stated mine.

Thanks for the respectful reply. And I do
respect everything you said. It can be
annoying for someone to feel like they
need to push their opinions on others and
make them think the same way. I can
honestly understand everything you said,
and know why you feel that way. I agree,
many shouldn't be mothers, and yet many
still fall pregnant. And like I said, if
they choose to get an abortion, then that
is their choice, and I would stand behind
them for it and help them through it. As
for the animals, I don't honestly believe
in fixing them, but it is also our
responsibility to keep them from breeding
unwanted litters. And in the case that
the breed, it is our responsibility to
make sure thye get the best homes
possible. I would always turn people to
rescue groups before parting with a baby
animal that I let come into this world,
the whole point in it was the
responsibility. Not that you should not
fix them and let them breed like crazy. I
just know how depressed two of my dad's
cats got after fixing. I know its not
common for an animal to fall into
depression over something like that, but I
saw it, and its not worth it too me. Just
means more responsibility. And I feel the
same for people breeding. You just need
to use your head. Though I compleatly
understand that many still become pregnant
with birth controle. What I am most
aginst on abortion is when they use it as
a type of birth controle. Thats the
hardest for me to accept, though I will
say it again, I can not turn my backs to
those woman, just because of their choice.
I enjoy my freedom of choice, and would
hope others stood by me with my choices,
so I must do to others as I want done to
myself.
Thanks for reading, and being kind. I do
enjoy reading your posts through out the
forum, and I must say, you always make
some really good points. I really respect
you. I really try to be more open minded,
and though I say I am pro-life, I really
can't say, unless I am in the shoes of
some woman. And to be compleatly honest
here, I am sure in some of the cases, I
would choose abortion. But untill that
time comes that I am forced to make that
choice, I can't help but how I feel. When
I hear how those poor babys/fetuses are
aborted...It kills me inside. But it
makes me love my baby who I am pregnant
with even more.
Basically what I think I am trying to say
is I am pro-life, but am open minded and
accept those who choose otherwise. I
mean, pro-choisers all want and hope the
person chooses to have that baby, right?
Or I guess I should say, I am pro-choise
with a strong want for life? Not sure.
Lol! I think I will stop now, because it
is just too hot here, and I am really
tired! This precious gem in me just sucks
all my energy away. Sorry if I am so
confusing! Haha!! Take care, and god
bless everyone.

It all makes perfect sense to me! I am
prochoice with the hope for life! :d (as
you put it!)
if people would all be responsible enough
to keep their animals from breeding
unwanted litters than I would also say not
to fix them.
There are just so very many animals
without homes that it is sad. Especially
when someone breeds purposely, makes money
off of it when there are animals out there
starving to death. But it is just
another part of life I guess. But I do
definately see your side as well!
Take care!
