My daughter named our dog Nosy, so when he
barks at people walking by on the street,
we have to yell "NOSY!" to get his
attention, but some people think we are
calling them nosy, lol!

you can go to animal planet's web site and
watch highlights, also you can vote on the
MVP (most valuable puppy) I voted on
Kodiak because he looks just like a baby
Boudreaux.

OK. So would this be a general pet chat
forum, or dedicated to pet health?

I would suggest General & Health
I have two dogs...Lolly & Jessy
The one, a Lab/Rottie has arthritis and
the other is blind, due to her being part
Elsation part Lab. Would be nice if one
could get suggestions as to how to help
alleviate THEIR pain and not just ours
Oh yea...and I have a hamster called
Hamlet...he drives me crazy by chewing on
his cages bars the whole time...would be
nice to know how to get him to STOP DOING
THAT...seeing as at that time, I'm usually
trying to sleep
heh...rambling...heh

with that name) a lizard(bearded dragon) a
fish named freckles and a dog.

I would agree general and health. Our dogs
deffinately contribute to my and hubby's
overall well being. We do not have human
children, instead we have them, our
furbabies! Of course there are times when
I worry about their health, just as you
would with a human child, and rather then
constantly bug the vet (which I have a
habbit of doing lol) it would be nice to
have a forum in which to discuss pet
issues. Last week is a perfect
example......Boudreaux came running inside
and I could tell that he had something in
his mouth, so I proceeded to chase him
around the house, by the time I caught
him, I realized that he was polishing off
a tasty lizzard snack! I of course freaked
out and paged the vet only to find out
that its really no big deal. It would have
been much easier and less embarressing for
me to have simply posted the ordeal
online.

Thats 2 much! My Molly has a craving for
lizards too! But
I didn't call the vet over it cuz I knew a
little lizard wasn't gonna hurt her...so
yes, great idea, we could feed off each
others Q&As...
