Hehe I'm glad he's
eating again.
Pets can be addorable that way. When we
are trying to get our dogs out of the
house, the only thing that works is
treats.
With Jessy (Blind lab-elsation) it's
cheese.
With Lolly (Frisky lab-rotty) it's bread.
It's so bad that you can just touch the
bread bin or cheese and one of them will
be standing next to you drooling like
niagra-falls.

Do y'all let your dogs kiss your face? I
do but I know some people that discourage
their dogs from doing it. Not me!!! I tell
them "Give Mommy Kisses!!!" and they get
so excited and jump up to kiss me.

I like you lele25@ I not only let my dogs
lick my face, I will kiss them back....My
cats lick me in the face, but I am not
gonna lick back...not too fond of the
taste of cat hair. For those who are not
PET FRIENDLY...they would jsut never
understand.....I love my animals as I
would my own kid.....HONESTLY!

Ha ha! I kiss mine back too! They are my
babies and I love to love on them! My
hubby was raised in a non pet friendly
house.....he was never allowed to have any
pets, once he brought home a hampster and
his mom let it go in the back yard! My
mother in law is the biggest B***H! He
never had a pet untill he met me and I
already had Daisy. He used to think it was
disgusting for me to kiss and allow her to
kiss me back. Now Daniel loves to kiss
Daisy and Boudreaux....his mother still
thinks its disgusting. She's so strange, I
really can't stand her!

All right y'all lets keep this pet forum
going....your furbabies want you to! Along
with the kiss question...how many of y'all
have pets that sleep in the bed with you?
Daisy sleeps in the bed with us, I had her
long before I had my husband so really it
was him that we alowed in the bed!
Boudreaux on the other hand could care
less about the bed. He has his nice cozy
bed right next to ours and loves it.
Althoug he will hop up on weekend mornings
if we'v overslept!

I had a step mother just like that, she
was a royal bytch as well.
I love to kiss my dogs. However, I have 2
Shelties and neither of them kiss back! I
got a third dog JUST FOR THAT REASON, lol!
I got a Bichon Frise puppy and she is a
champion kisser!!!

Hehe
I have a Lab/Rotty that gives sweet kisses
(no licking, just snout to mouth) and a
Lab/Elsation but she is blind so I kiss
her on the forehead when she sits between
my legs

Rules for Non-Pet Owners Who Visit and
Like to Complain About Our Pets:
1. They live here. You don't.
2. If you don't want their hair on your
clothes, stay off the furniture, that's
why its called "FUR"niture.
3. I like my pet a lot better than I like
most people.
4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he/she
is a little son or daughter who is short,
hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't
speak clearly.
5. Dogs and cats are better than kids.
They eat less, don't ask for money all the
time, are easier to train, usually come
when called, never drive your car, don't
hang out with questionable friends, don't
smoke or drink, don't worry about buying
the latest fashions, don't wear your
clothes, don't need a gazillion dollars
for college, and if they get pregnant, you
can sell the results.

The best about that, is that my sister has
three dogs of her own. They are all over
the furniture and your lap when you visit
her and not a peep from her to get them to
stop. When she's over at our house tho,
our dogs are not allowed near her

Wait, what do you mean by not allowed near
her?? At first glance it sounds like you
keep the dogs away from her, but that
can't be right. Do you mean that SHE does
not allow your dogs near her?

That's right. When they approach her, she
would immediately tell them to go away and
they would get this confussled look on
their face as to say "But I just want to
say hi!".

I let my Yorkie kiss my face. But I wold
not let any other dogs.. After I take her
to the park, I wash her face because I
don't want her licking me after smelling
other dogs pee.. I don''t let her smell
other dogs Poo.. I tell her yuckie.. Yep
she is like my baby!!
You have to be careful letting you dog
smell other dogs poo.. because that poo
may come from a dog that has not has shots
and your dog could get parvo and other
things.. Yuckie..

i guess i must be a cat person because dog
breath makes me gag and i wouldn't let a
dog kiss me (if by kiss you mean lick me
all over my face) i let my cat do it a
little but her tongue hurts my skin. i
love animals but at least kids don't lick
their own butts. well, my kid doesn't,
can't speak for others, LOL.

When I was a little girl we had a
cockatiel named Bart, who was let out once
and returned after 2 days. I'm sending
feathered prayers your way!
