Hello im a 22 year old male, relatively
fit. Ive gathered that my pecs are also
relatively muscular but there is a layer
of fat that cloaks the poor fellas in a
most unappealing way. Perhaps its because
my posture is very bad? Anyway im looking
for some exercises I can use to focus on
eliminating that fat layer. Thank you

So you want to eliminate fat layer on your
man pecs. What do your normal chest
exercises consist of, and how many sets
and how many pounds and how many times.

well I dont have an exercise routine
because of the time I spend working.
However, I work in general construction so
I am constantly lifting, exerting in
various ways, and hammering a lot but my
question is aimed at identifying exercises
with the greatest emphasis of pec-fat
elimination
