gas on inside with tiredness, anxiety and depression Posted: 01-21-08 13:47pm
Do any of you guys/girls experience this?
I'm constantly hearing noises from my
bottom, and they sound like I'm
flatulating but it goes off on the inside
instead. I dread going to class or any
social occasion because of this issue. I'm
constantly tired, suffering from anxiety,
and feeling depressed. I don't want to
have to withdraw from college again
because of this. Can anyone help me out?
My doctor says it's a psychological
problem for me and referred me to a
psychologist instead. The problem tends to
get worst when it's a really quiet
environment with lots of people and this
is fairly common in college. I also
understand these weird noises are
perfectly normal from time to time, but
this happens to me constantly. I really
don't want to pass up the opportunity to
get a degree from berkeley, but I feel
that I can't make it through any
university with this problem I have. Any
help is appreciated.

Flatus noises from bottom without expelling gas Posted: 01-22-08 22:05pm
Yes I know exactly what your talking about
& unfortunately I've tried everything
to try and stop it, but with much success.
What I have been doing to calm things
down a little is taking others advice on
this site, by taking Metamucil capsules
with every meal, and I try to eat three
times a day. I've also cut out all dairy
- I have to check all ingredients on food
I buy to make sure there's no Lactylate or
lactose in them. Try to keep pushing
forward. Like I said try to put yourself
in a swing of eating three meals a day.
They don't have to be big meals, breakfast
and maybe a wheat bread sandwich at lunch,
then dinner. I also take other supplements
that I'm presently trying out - there
colon cleanser capsules which I take with
every meal, also. I don't think there
making to much of a difference - but I'm
going to finish the bottles to see if I
notice any differences.
Keep your head up - and believe me I feel
your pain - I'll keep you up to date on
whatever else I feel could help make our
lives more free and open again.
