the one in July was here within 7 days (I
ended up losing it). I have no idea what
is going on with this one and it's
starting to make me very angry!

Why is he unsure? (sorry if
i missed the reasoning in another

Because he's a player and thinks everyone
sleeps around. Or in reality, he's
probably scared of paying child support.
My mom talked to a lawyer today and she
said that whoever the child is residing
with or whoever is paying the childs rent,
insurance, etc. gets to claim her on their
tax return. That won't be him so he's not
happy about that either. He's just a butt
that wants to make everything complicated.

I tried using the receipt
they gave me, but because it didn't have
my number on it, they couldn't use it.
They gave me one all three times (July,
lost it. December, still waiting. January,
hopefully one will
come!)
The receipt they give you DOES have your
number on it!
I agree with Ingi, you go back and in
minutes they'll give you a paper with your
number and name and it'll say that you
applied. Less than a week later you'll
have it.
