When I first joined this site I posted a
thread about my boyfriend wanting a baby
and me being totally against it.
Well time has passed and my boyfriend
totally dropped the subject,he no longer
talks about having another baby,I don't
think he even thinks about it anymore.
And now I realize that I might want
another baby,actually I really DO want
another baby. Am I crazy for changing my
mind so definately?
I was so against having another baby when
my son was born and now it's like all I
can think about is having another one.
Somebody to dress,somebody to cuddle up
with, and somebody for my son to grow up
with. The bonds between siblings are
strong,I never got along with mine but now
that we are all grown up I realize that I
would have missed having someone to go on
bike rides with,I would have missed having
someone to play fight with and talk to.
Somebody needs to tell me I'm not
crazy....cuz I feel like I'm going nuts
here!!

your son was born and thought "how can I
handle two?!?"
No you are not crazy, I actually hope
that's what happens to me, because I want
at least 2 kids, but I don't know if I'll
handle another one after this (first
pregnancy).
Just bring it up. I'm sure he's been
thinking about it, but not wanting to
bring it up. I'm sure he'll be happy that
you finally changed your mind.

I've been kinda day dreaming lately and I
told myself that if I was still wanting a
baby after 2 months of thinking about it
then I would mention it to my boyfriend.
Well it's been two months and I still want
a baby so I guess I should mention it and
see if he's still up for it.If he's
changed his mind then I'm SOL!

but thanks for your concern...
If I do end up having another child I will
rely more on my boyfriend.
With our first son I did everything
myself,I turned down his offers for help,I
guess I was one of those 'first time moms'
that everybody rolls their eyes at.You
know the ones that think 'if you don't do
it yourself it isn't going to be done
right'

your not crazy, things have probably
settled down with your boyfriend and son
and now the thought comes up every now and
then. the same thing happened to my
sister-in-law, she has two kids and after
the second was born she didnt want to have
any more and even wanted to get her tubes
tied! but shes in her 30's and the doctor
said shes too young to do that. and now
after 3 years, shes thinking and also
trying to have another one.
talk to your boyfriend about how you feel,
and what you've been thinking of for the
past few months now. just be open and
honest
