i believe it started as almost a rash type of thing a year or so ago on my thighs around where my testicals reside i guess you could say and now it looks like my testis are dry almost theres whiteness on them somedays much worse then others inbetween legs and testis are often itchy too i dont think its herpes but maybe nothing on my shaft though any feedback would be a help thanks much.
