head trauma causes nightmares Posted: 01-23-08 19:34pm


about a year ago i was in an accident and received a head trauma. since then i have had little or no short term memory and a quite bad long term memory. i remember very little from before the accident apart from the odd thing. over the past few months i have had a reoccurring nightmare of something that happened in my past. it is not a very nice memory and i would rather it wasn't there. i was wondering if there is any way to stop these nightmares and or get rid of the memory?

Can't sleep can't nap wake up shaking heart racing crying. After being almost dead in my house being poisoned by carbon monoxide poisoning. Please help me.
