numb during sex? Posted: 01-24-08 22:50pm


im 19, and i just started having sex. every time it happens, my arms & feet turn numb. im not sure why?? its almost like im paralyzed. anyone have any ideas why?

Hyperventilation is the most obvious cause. This means you're breathing way too fast and too shallowly! Relax, take deep breaths, and enjoy sex
