Doctors Appointment Posted: 01-24-08 23:24pm
I have an appointment at the RE this
Monday at 1pm to talk about having surgery
to remove the septum in my uterus. I'm
hoping they can do it while Carly's still
in the NICU so I can recover without
having to worry about not being able to
care for her. I'll update you as I get
more info.

It's kinda like a wall dividing my uterus
in half. It has a VERY low blood supply
running through it and if I become
pregnant again and the placenta attaches
on it at all in the least little bit I
could have another very small premature
baby, stillbirth, or miscarrage. So the
doctor has advised me to get this removed
prior to trying to become pregnant again!

Well my appointment has been rescheduled.
I started my period yesterday so they my
appointment is now next Wed. Let me tell
you though how stupid these people are
though. I called to tell them that I
started my period and need to cancel this
appointment and schedule a new one. The
woman said, "Your period? You have a
follow appointment with Dr. Mirta. Aren't
you still pregnant?" I told her , "NO! Dr.
Mirta delivered my baby in November." She
had NO CLUE that my baby had been born!
And the doctor that delivered her works
out of that office! So good thig is that
she canceled the appointment that I didn't
need and rescheduled me and appointment
that i needed with the RE. You would think
that they would know what's going on,
especially if one of their patients
delivered their baby!
Wow as if she didn't know that your baby
had been born. Like don't they have papers
to file and stuff that would have all your
info on???? She probably just didn't read
it.....nothing like being good at your
job..lol
