Always tired Posted: 01-25-08 13:18pm
Orite guys.
For a long while I always feel tired. I
wake up fine but hour after waking up I
feel tired again and im always got black
eyes like lack of sleep. I don’t go bed
till 4-5 am in the morning and don’t
wake up till 2-3pm in the afternoon. I sit
around the house most days and don’t
really do anything. I eat enough and drink
plenty of drinks e.t.c
What could be causing me to be tired?
Cheers

You need to reschedule your entire
SELF....Go to bed at a decent hour....10
or 11. Get your butt up at 6 AM. Start
eating healthy, not junk foods....cokes
chips, crapola.... exercise...........sit
around the house? You need to get outside
in the sunshine........WAKE UP. You can't
get time back and the more you waste the
more regret you will have once you realize
how important life is................

Hi Posted: 01-25-08 22:33pm
Yes Sweetie..............get rid of the
old you and renew! Start by rescheduling
oyur bed time nad awake time. Get on a set
schedule. You need a ROUTINE in oyur life.
Not sure what hte word rubbish is as I am
in US in Georgia.............if its
anything like feeling like
POO..........you got it. To have a good
life, you have to work from the inside
out. You need to set the schedule, then
refule using (HEALTHY) foods....whole
grain breads, fruits cereals, vegetables,
less red meat, lots of skinless chicken,
fish, nuts and good fats...not butter and
sugar and crap......you will notcie an
INCREDIBLE imporvement.....give yourself
one week..........then add another
week.................your goal is for a
lifetime plan. So you want a piece of
chocolate cake, pie, or some unforbidden
sweet, a couple beers...........just don't
make a daily habit of it and make sure ,if
its just 20 minutes of continuous walking
20 mintes a day..........MOVE! Get going!
Dude....waht does Cheers mean? I'm in US
in Georgia and I say
SWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I'm 50!

i know exacttly how you feel. Posted: 02-08-08 00:40am
Hey Matty, i am so glad i found your post.
I know exactly how you feel. I have the
same sleeping patterns, cant fall asleep
until the early hours of the morning,
sleeping all day, and when i get up i
still feel tired. I also have the same
rubbish feeling, and i dont want to do
anything either. I sti at home all day,
and just feel like crap, same dark circles
too. I actually went to a nutritionist and
he told me that my problem was probabaly a
lack of iron! and so he gave me a 10day
iron suppliment to test because he thought
i might be anemic...unless your depressed
then this might be your problem?
I found the iron supplement did the job!
but ill need a good 3months to get over
it. You have to get a blood test to
actually know if iron is your problem. but
i hope that helps. it really did thr trick
for me!

This sounds familiar Posted: 05-05-08 21:23pm
I can waste an entire day sleeping and
then finally at the evening time I feel
like I've not got anything to show for a
day, so I try to wake myself up and sit in
front of the television or play video
games because it takes the least amount of
energy. Turned out it was a sleep
disorder and though things aren't great
with medication at least most of the time
I have a reasonably normal life.
Seriously, go to a sleep doctor and make
sure it's a good one, there are a lot of
quacks out there. Best of luck to you.
By the way before they diagnosed me which
took over a year of sleep diaries, tests,
labs, and doctors and several misdiagnoses
along the way I was depressed too, but
then the situation lends itself to that
easily.
