These Moods Are Driving Me Nuts Posted: 04-27-04 19:04pm
I don't know how much more I can handle
myself with these darn mood swings!! I am
really starting to feel some depression
here. I am just really not happy right
now.

I can relate to your mood swings one
moment i'm happy the next crying.
Pregnancy hormones do some weird stuff to
us..But once the baby is here it is all
worth it. Just try and think some happy
thoughts and talk it out. That always
seems to help me.

Happy Thoughts.. Posted: 04-28-04 03:58am
My happy thoughts would be to get out of
this appartment and go somewhere else. I
am feeling so chocked up here. I have no
friends to go viset, just my parents, and
at this very moment, money is so tight, I
really cant afford to go over there.
Money is going to get better before the
baby comes, we wernt expecting this bump
in the road, but it will be ok later. But
I am going insane. I have always been
very quiet and shy, so I have no friends I
can turn too. The one friend I had was of
9 years, and she didn't like that I was
happy with a guy, and tried breaking us up
by saying some horrible things about me!!
So my one and only real friend of 9 years
is gone. Really I want to talk to her,
but she has done this too me with 3 guys
now. She is so alone and bitter that she
can't stand me being any happier then her.
and that now leaves
me alone. I just really feel like no body
cares about me right now. Sure the father
and my parents care, but it doesn't change
the fact that I feel compleatly alone
right now!!

Have you considered support groups?
These message boards are one way to vent
and get your mind off things, but there
may be some activities or groups set up in
your area that your obgyn can tell you
about. Pick up a hobby, plant a garden
now that it's spring time, do whatever you
can to keep yourself from going stir
crazy. Your hormones are likely
magnifying the situation and you are not
as deserted as you think. If all else
fails, try to get in touch with some old
high school friends, or you can email me
and hopefully I can help you not feel so
alone

Feeling a Little Better Posted: 04-30-04 10:23am
I am feeling a little better, yesterday I
went to my second appointment and when
they couldn't find the heart beat with the
dopler (i wasn't worried, I knew it was
too early to hear it (i'm 11 weeks preggie
today)) they gave me an u/s and I got to
see the heart beating!! I didn't get to
see it the first time, but aww I saw it
yesterday!! And then that little cutie
did a compleat flip on the screan! It was
so funny! I wish I could have felt it.
baby is looking
good! Then I went to my parents, spent a
couple hours with my sister hitting all
the baskin robbins 31 flavors for free
icecream day! Lol that was fun, then
spent almost the whole night at my dads,
but leaft at 5 this morning to come home.
So I feel so much better where I was out
all that time. Thanks for the saport. I
am so glad a friend of mine (med student)
gave me this web page!!!
