I reallllly don't think you were only
37weeks6days. I think your doc is a freak
and you were TOTALLY 40weeks!!! LOL!
My sis in law went in for her last u/s
before her delivery and the Dr said "oh
he's 7 MAYBE 8lbs"....well she had a
whopping 9lb7oz baby boy!! Those damn u/s
SUCK! LOL!
I love you and I'm SO proud of you!!!!
You're truley an inspiration!!
Kiss Brina for me & Oniiii!!!
Sarah
lol, that's kinda what the doc said about
my sister. My mom was having trouble
(ended up a c-section) and the doc was
feeling her stomach saying "I don't know
why she won't come out, she can't be more
than 8 or 9 pounds" Out pops a 10lb 13oz
whopper!! again, doctors word is just
guess work in a white coat.

Congratulations! That is a huge baby! I
was 4 days postdate, and my DD was only 6
lb. 1.5 oz. at birth.
I'm sorry about the tear though. I hope
you heal quickly!

mg - I just logged on and read this.
Congrats!!!
I don't think you were 38 weeks. Wasn't
there some uncertainty about your
ovulation date? I could be mixing up my
stories, but didn't your due date coincide
with an ovulation on cd5 after an af that
was only spotting? Maybe that wasn't an
af, but implantation spotting after an
ovulation two weeks earlier.
Anyway, that isn't important. What is
important is your happiness with your new
little one.

Yeah, I went for a few months with
relatively no period so all he went off
was the early ultrasound. I don't believe
I was just 38 weeks personally. I think I
was either full term or overdue.
yay! Congrats!
Sorry you felt so horrible directly
afterward did
they have to do a transfusion?
9 pounds at 38 weeks?!? you're lying lol.
Finally a good story! not some horrible
story that makes people never want to have
kids! wonder if I can do it without meds?
PICTURES!!! Come on girl, you're a mom
now, get on top of things!! lol, j/k take
you time and bond and breastfeed (good to
hear btw). It's all over! Now you can
start parenting!!
Congrats
again!
If I can do it w/o drugs so can you... I'm
the biggest wuss ever lol. There is always
something else they can give you in the
hospital that changes your preception of
pain but you still feel everything, takes
the edge off and allows you to relax thru
the pain, i forget what its called tho. I
really think you can do it tho.
Holy cow 9 pounder lol! Congrats to you,
your amazing to do that w/o drugs!!! I
feel you on the tear, even though mine was
only a 3rd degree tear. Did you get an
episiotomy too? I did in order to get his
big block head out lol, it was also his
shoulders comming out the angle that they
did in which the 3rd degree tear was made.
Hurt like hell lol, I so feel you! I'm
proud of you, I knew you could do it!
Sounds like your labor was fairly quick.
Enjoy that perfect lil big girl of yours!
Can't wait for
pics.
