Probably your level of anxiety is normal for pregnancy, but you know you best also. Maybe, you could start by not reading about things that may affect fetuses, as they produce the anxiety you wish to prevent. This would probably help the baby more than any other preventions you may come across. You can always ask your doctor about what things to avoid (hopefully, one who gives time for talking).
I am naturally a moody person, and pregnancy up's my moodiness by several times. It did take awhile to reconize what was normal for me. Even for a while after my babies were born, and my one miscarriage, I would have boughts of depression, crying, and such. No matter how I tried to prepare or change it. They did go away, however.
This does not mean your fears/worries are not legit, just felt more strongly becuz of hormones? Talk to ppl (us...), this is the best medicine.
Most moms develop some protective/fear thing around something, perhaps yours is food germs, or cleanliness? Mine is not knowing where my children are, esp. On trips/in the car...
Just know you are not alone, litterally

or cybernetically
