im still a virgin and im infected with
genital warts!! its embarassing but yes..
I did a research on it and says that a
mere genital contact can infect you..
which what happen with me even if no
sexual intercourse happened..

I'll be blunt-- if you touched
skin/to/skin- without the man entering-
yes... you can still get it. Like herpes-
hpv(warts) can be caught-- because the
infected person is constantly shedding-
even though you cannot see it. Herpes- if
you are on daily surpressive meds- you
greatly lessen the chance of the person
getting it- but there is still a 3%
chance.
