Conception occurs during the fertile days
of your menstrual cycle, the days around
ovulation (2 days before and after
ovulation). Ovulation happens about 14
days before the next period comes so the
ovulation day can be calculated according
to this formula:
Ovulation date = Last menstruation first
day + usual cycle duration – 14 days
This formula can be used only for women
with regular menstrual cycles. It is not
100% secure because cycle duration in one
woman can vary ...but it is still very
useful. I don’t know your usual cycle
duration so I can’t assume the time of
conception. You can calculate it yourself.
Then, the possible delivery date (due
date) can be calculated according to the
formula:
Due date = Last menstruation first day –
3 months + 7 days + (usual cycle duration
– 28)
