That's true Ingi... I'm hoping they have
Wi-Fi at the hospital. So SOMEONE can
update you all on what's going on.
Sarah, I hope you're right that they will
only need to do 1 dose of the gel stuff.
Thanks, I hope so too. Well, my mom said
if being induced is supposed to make it
worse how would I know... I've never had a
baby before so I don't have anything to
compare it to.

Well, if I wind up getting induced, I'll
def let ya know the difference between the
2.
I have a feeling that I'm going to have
this baby one day this week. Baron seems
to think the opposite. He thinks she WON'T
come out on her own...this Dr has HIM
brainwashed!!!!
I'm thinking Thursday/Friday I'll go into
labor!

Both labors will be different anyway!
Second labors are different than first.
Babies are different. Our expectations are
different.
This pregnancy has already PROVEN that to
you.

I never really grasped the "every
pregnancy is different" until the MOMENT I
got preggers with this one!!! From JUMP
it's been a totally different ride!!

Yeah, my mom thinks that i'm going to go
into labor tomorrow since i've been a
"textbook case" the entire pregnancy... I
hope not! lol
I'm sure whatever comes of it, being
induced or not i'll be able to handle it.

The delivery will be different as well -
no two deliveries are the same. The baby
is positioned differently. Your uterus is
already 'knowledgeable' in what is
required of it. You have certain
expectations based on your first
experience. Expectations you did not have
originally. This is a wholly different
experience.

LOL!! Baron told me yesterday, "what if
your water breaks ON your due date?!" I
told him I HIIIGHLY doubt that'll happen.
It's possible though, my mom's friend's
due date was the 26th(Saturday). She woke
up Saturday morning, ate breakfast, and
POP!! There went her water!
That's CRAAZY that it happened on her due
date. Its like you only see that in
movies!! LOL!

Why not?
I don't want this one to be born
today...it's my mom and dad's(who have
been divorced since I was 2) anniversary.
That wouldn't be a day I would want to
commemorate(sp?). And my mom would
probably HAVE to mention the fact of what
day the 29th is at every party.(but not in
a tacky way AT the party.thank God! LOL)

Well, it's my step-dad's 60th birthday
tomorrow and lets just say..he's not the
greatest person... I don't like him or
trust him anymore..
That would kinda suck Sarah...
My mom prayed he wouldn't come early and
be born on the 9th of this month 'cuz that
was my dad's birthday and we ALL hate him
lol
My family has to many birthdays in this
month lol...

LOL!!
Oni shares a birthday with her Great
Uncle. He died when she was 8 months old
though, it was a TOTAL shocker to the
family. He was an AMAZING man and loved
Oni sooo much. So it's an amazing thing
that she will ALWAYS remind us of him!
They were born on "earth day"!!!
But I don't want this one to have to share
her birthday with anyone. Or share the day
of her birthday with something negative.
SO, when did they say they wanted to retry
the induction? I forget...was it this
week??

though.. as long as he's not born on the
1st either lol (my ex's mom's bday)
I'm hoping this will work on thursday
though... I want my lil boy

I'm SURE it'll work this Thursday. it's
not often they'd send you home AGAIN
during an induction process.
Just tell him to give you the pitocin(if
you want it) while you're there.

said within a hour i'll be having the hard

does what it was doing last thursday.. she
said he'll go do a c-section

It's so nerve wracking when the heart rate
is erratic. It's NOT something you want to
take chances with, ya know?
Oni's heart rate was dropping, but it was
because I was progressing SOOO fast. So I
let them give me some oxygen(as opposed to
the IV they wanted to start).
The oxygen worked but I wasn't on it long,
Oni cam FLYING out!! LOL!
I hope your labor is FAST!!

Yeah, It always scares me to death 'cuz my
mom will be looking at the little heart
monitor thing and get this look and I just
know his heart rate has/did drop..
yeah, IVs SUCK!! they hurt and I STILL
have the bruises from both of them almost
a week ago!! I made Dallas grab my had on
Saturday when they took the one out 'cuz I
HATE needles and it was in my hand so
there was a TON of blood when they put it
in which I also hate lol
I hope it goes fast too..

Tell your mom NOT to do that...for your
sanity sake. It'll only stress you...and
you DON'T need that during labor!
I'm having a HARD time thinking about
having an IV with this labor.
I'm going to request an ultrasound to see
how baby is doing BEFORE letting him
induce me.
Mreh, I'm so torn with all of this
crap...

Yeah, I might ask them to put the thing in
the hall like they did the other night...
Th en she won't be able to tell...
Yeah, I'd rather NOT have the IV but meh..
I don't really care as long as it doesn't
get put in my hand again..
