I will be unable to have a bm for 10-14 days at a time inbetween these episodes is only a few days of regularity. when I finally feel the urge to have a bm I start to dry heave and vomit acid as I am moving my bowels. It is as if a string connects the two. During the days of no bm I am bloated and tiered, but I also vomit acid in the morning. A few times I vomited a black acid that burned so bad I thought my throat would never heal. anyone know what causes this?

I hope you are doing better by now but your condition sounds like it needs a doctor ASAP.
