so im going on nuvaring soon. hopefully within the next couple of days when i start my period, and my boyfriend doesnt want to have to keep using condoms. he HATES them. i still want another backup method to go along with the birth controll... whats the best kinds of spermacides and how do you use them? what would you recommend? please help! thanks alot! <3 LadyAllie
