What I can take for a cold I can not eat
cause everytime I try... I have to stop to
breath and I forget that cause ican not
breath through my nose.. This probably
makes me seem like a fat ars cause I say I
can not breath when i eat and i have to
slow down which makes me feel bad.. And I
am almost halfway through my pregnancy..

Unfortunately there is not much you can
take while pregnant but I have heard some
of the american ladies on here mention
taking Vicks or Sudafed, Please check with
your doctor first though
Afrin nasal spray works wonders!!! It will
clear your nose for like 12hrs and you can
take when your pregnant.

got the saline kind.. she was like it
don't have nothing but salt water in it..
It will work.. No i think it made it
worse.
