im 17 weeks and 3 days, Friday I picked up my 10 month old son who weighs 22 lbs and all of the sudden I got a huge pain shoting accross my stomach. It has went away but Im concerned that I hurt the baby. I have called my doctor and he said I'm fine but I want to make sure its okay. Is it normal to have that pain.

if your doctor says that you are fine you are. we can't really tell you if your baby is ok but if you talked to him there's really no point in asking us.....

You are ok. It sounds like it could be ligament pain. It is common the larger your stomach gets. The round ligament gets pulled and is stretching.
