Putting a condom on with mouth ?

ok, the guy I'm with asked me if I would
put his condom on with my mouth.... He
said he's never had it done & I think it
would be sexy....
I haven't done it yet, but I'm thinking
about trying it. I I know it's going to
have a terriable taste....... 
So my questions are....: Has anone tried
this before and Is it safe?
