Hello moca.
Sometimes it takes a while for our body to adjust and while going through those adjustments we can't sleep. I would stay clear of prescriptions because they can be addictive and like the pain meds, our bodies can go through terrible withdrawals when we try to quit taking them.
There are some supplements that are safe and help us sleep better. Have you heard of melatonin? That is naturally made by our body and we can buy it as a supplement and take 1-3 mg at bedtime. Other supplements that help people sleep better are: magnesium, vit B-6 and even a glass of milk in the evening or some chamomile tea.
