When I was 10 weeks I really didn't itch too much but then again I kept vitamin e oil on my skin or baby oil along with mothers friend stretch mark cream. ... The itch that you feel is your skin getting ready to stretch and make more room for the baby. Lotions and oils really help this. I have used oils and lotions my whole pregnancy and I am 37 weeks 5 days and I have no stretch marks.
Hope this helps!

I itched the whole pregnancy and it only gets worse the further along you are. Don't scratch if you can help it though...It increases your chances of getting stretch marks. If it keeps you awake at night, try soaking in a warm bath and then putting lotion on your belly. It helped me a little.
