Q: ultrasound measuring accuracy

I had an ultrasound on jan 24th and they measured the baby as being 16 wks and 6 days...that would mean conception was on september 27th but i was not having sex until october 3rd..so that would not measure out as being 16 wks 6 days. Could the baby just be a big baby? I also had sex on september 14th but this was before my period..what do you think??

The ultrasound is NOT foolproof - it sounds like it may have been off by what? Six days? Nothing to worry about.

It could be off for any number of reasons. Sprem can live for quite a few days inside you, so you may have become pregnant a few days after you had sex.
