Light headed only at night Posted: 01-31-08 22:55pm
Ok this is weird, all day I am feeling
fine, then when it gets dark, I feel light
headed, and kinda dizzy. Anyone know or
have any ideas?

Maybe it's the change in barometric
pressure? Does this happen during all
seasons of the year? Any other symptoms?

Maybe this is how you feel when you're
tired? Exhaustion affects people
differently, but dizziness can be one
common symptom.

I agree with Eiri, its probably
exhaustion. A bit of a crazy way i would
test is, when you have a 2 week break or
something from school/work or w/e slowly
convert your sleeping hours to the day so
your like nocturnal, than see if you feel
like that when the suns up and its your
sleeping time. Than its probably just
exhaustion, convert your sleeping back to
normal and dont worry about it, otherwise
consult a doctor.
