I have been having pains and aches in my
testicles for about 2 months now.I went to
the docotr and he examined me and said he
could feel no lumps or swelling and said i
did not have cancer.
But under both testicles there is lots of
little bumps and i dont think they are
attached to the testicle.I can pull them
of my testicle and it feels like a little
sack full with rice or something.
Is this normal?
Regards

It is impossible for me to diagnose or
consider a diagnosis for a problem without
a physical examination (inspection and
palpation) first. If the “rice-like
bumps” you describe as being under your
testicles are not attached to the
testicles, they could originate from the
parietal testicles’ covering or from the
scrotal skin. You can consult a urologist
about this condition for a more precise
battery of exams and possible diagnoses.
