Ovulation predictor tests / ovulation
predictor kits can help you identify the
time that you are ovulating; or you can
try measuring basal temperature.
Ovulation predictor tests should be done
every day. Several hours BEFORE
ovulation, the test will become positive
(a line darker than the control line shows
up on the test strip). similarly, basal
temperature should be measured every day
in the morning. The body temperature rises
slightly several hours AFTER ovulation.
Furthermore, before trying to get pregnant
you should consult your gynecologist and
stop taking any birth control pills.
