I am a 20 year old female who is depressed
at current. I am struggling with various
issues and what makes its worse is i have
no one to talk to. I am not concerned
about the depression as i know i can beat
it with a few descions and lifestyle
changes and in a few weeks/months ill be
fine. I am really worried though as
because ive lost control over life, i am
trying to control my food intake and am
worried that i am developing an eating
disorder but i have to be in control of
some area of my life. At current, i am not
eating and then may have a binge on
something. I am not purging though.
Has anyone any advice?

You are not alone. This is very common.
Many of us eat when we are depressed. Yet
others have no appitite at all during that
time. Are you one any antidepressents? Do
you have a counsler? If you don't, might
not be a bad idea to find one to help you
through this. You can take control of you
life and everything else. It takes your
willpower also. Just remember you will
always have control over your life and you
will always have a choice in it too.
