conception time frame ?

after I had that "spotting" and before the other guy, I took two ept test and first one came out a very very very faint positive. the second came out neg. So I don't know if it was just because it was taken way early or???? and I read the directions careful and took the first the same as the last.

i was told by the later guy that he can't have kids as he is infertile (said he had a disease in the past which left him infertile) and has even tried several times before with 3 or 4 women and never had any. said too that doctors have told him several times before he can't have any. which i hope is the truth because I don't want anything to do with him.

Edited to add: according to the "charts" at the doctor, my LMP started on August 1. I never had a period or what I could call a period, in August and I especially had no bleeding going on the first week of August (I had sex with my bf that day also) When I have a period it always lasts 6-7 days and starts and remains heavy for the first 48 hours or so then dies down during the 5th day. Always has been like that. So that "spotting" I had I can't call it a period, just spotting. And when my bf and I had sex during the times above, it was always unprotected and he ejac. in me every time.

which I hate to say, the other guy did too but I'm hoping it ain't his but my bf's. My bf and I are together and doing well and making plans and if it isn't his I don't know what i'm going to do or what will happen.

hello well ym baby is due on the 6th may and i concieved around about the 14th august but my last period was 31st july and its normally around about 2 weeks from ur period that you concieved.

I didn't have a normal period in August. The only kind of bleeding I had in August was on the 12th and it lasted 2 days and extremely light..spotting where all I had to do was wear a panty liner for those two days. My last normal period was in the beginning of July.
After I had that light 2 day spotting in August I took two preg tests and one came out a very faint (but visible) pos. and the other came out neg.
According to the doc going by my due date I should have had a period around Aug 1st and I didn't. Matter of fact, my bf and I were having sex quite a bit that whole week of Aug 1. I had no bleeding that week at all early August. I didn't have anything till the 12th when I had the spotting.
And yes, my periods are always normal, lasting 6-7 days and came regular every time with the exception of the month August when I had that two day spotting and NO period, or what I'd call anything normal as far as a period goes.

I think that if your last real period was July 5th, you'd be due earlier than May 6. More like the first week of April or so. It makes more sense to me that in August you really did have a period. Sometimes women have short, light periods out of nowhere and there's no real reason for it. You probably concieved around the middle of August.

what if the spotting was only such that all i needed was a panty liner. It was extremely light. that's whats really got me wondering.
And that maybe the bleeding is when it "caught"?? Idk.
I've never had bleeding in between periods before and there was nothing out of the norm going on for me (no medications, no stress, etc).

If the spotting you experienced was due to implantation (related to pregnancy), then your doctor is off on your due date by at least three or four weeks.
