Just a little update...(Kinda long...sorry!!)

Hey ladies!
Hope everybody is having a fabulous weekend (and Superbowl Sunday!) I'm kind of feeling 1/2 frustrated and 1/2 inspired today. The day started out pretty good...I had seen a post by MrsLtd a little while back regarding a psychic who specialized in TTC & Pregnancy predictions, which I thought was totally awesome, so I ordered one (it was only like $8!) and it came this morning. Cheri (the psychic) predicts FEB/BOY for me, which will be either the month I conceive in, month I find out in, or baby's birth month. Obviously I am soooo hoping that it will be either the month I conceive or find out in, because that would be now! Wink I am super excited about the boy prediction because as thrilled as I'd be with either, I have always wanted a little boy first. Very
Happy Anyway, that was a nice start to the day.
So tonight I was driving home from my parents' house, and I figured I'd swing by the Walgreen's to pick a basal thermometer so I can start temping. (I've got to make a separate post about that in a minute!) Well, of course once I'm in there, I end up browsing around the whole freakin' store even if I'm only in there for one thing...So I eventually end up in the hpt aisle and it totally got the best of me. I got a 2-pack of 'Answer' tests that *supposedly* give you results up to 5 days before your missed period. Well, today is 5 days from when af is due...so I figured I'd give one a whirl, just for the heck of it, even though I'm sure it's probably too early. Needless to say it came out negative & now I'm completely depressed. I know I'm being totally ridiculous - it's our first cycle of TTC and it's too early to test anyway...but I'm still disappointed. I can already tell I'm going to be completely obsessive about this! Embarassed
Anyway, just figured I'd share my emotional rollercoaster of a day with you lovely ladies...lol! (I think af *is* probably on her way, hence the unnecessary moodiness & emotions!)
Thanks for listening, loves! Mr.

Its ok it is still too early to really get an accurate test. I think you should save the other one for the day that you are supposed to miss af.

I am the same way when I go to Walmart. It is a good day when I can get out of that store in under an hour and under $50. It is virtually impossible though.
