i know some girls in here been trying to

taken clonazepam?.i took it and it has not
done a damn thing for me

I have never heard of any of these. But I
am going to the gym 2-3 times a week to
try and shift some weight. I only need to
lose 7lbs but I love food too much

thats great i go to the
gym now to 5-6 days a week.i also got a
personal trainer.

but it made my sciatica flare up so now i
go usually 3 times

I've never heard about either of those but
I'm doing Weight Watchers to lose weight
(Bridget has helped me out a lot with
this) & also Tae Bo 2-3 days a week,
more if I'm feeling up to it. I've lost
6lbs since January 1st but now I'm just in
a rut! Good job though going to the gym!!

Where would you get Adipex? Is your doctor
prescribing this for you? It works on the
central nervous system much like
amphetimines and can have serious side
effects for you - especially with insomnia
and whatever condition you are taking
clonazepam for. (Anxiety?)
Watch your diet and keep going to the gym
- those are the BEST most healthy ways to
lose weight. Also the only way to keep
weight off is to continue exercising.
