So i'm having my first period after Sophia
and i'm bleeding a lot! Is this normal?
I'm changing a super pad, and sometimes a
super tampon, and pad every 3-4 hours. No
clots or anything, but i can feel it
coming out, and it's kinda gross LOL.
Sorry TMI. But it's kinda got me worried.
And i've been spotting, and now bleeding
for almost 3 weeks since i've been on
these BC pills. Is it something i should
be worried about?
Went back to work friday. So i haven't had
time to get one, and i've been SOOOO
freaking tired. I hope this gets easier.
So hope everyones doing ok!!!!! I'll try
and post some on my days off.

I was (and still am) messed up with my
periods and Cheyenne is 5.5 months old. I
had to stop taking my BC pills for a
couple months to have a couple of fairly
regular periods. I just started my pills
again last week, so we'll see how it goes.
The first period after birth though, was
horrible. Hope you can get it
straightened out soon.

i think it's normal. as long as you're not
soaking a pad every hour you're fine. yuck
though!
as for the bc bleeding, it can take up to
3 months for things to regulate. i was on
yaz and had breakthrough bleeding for
about 6 weeks.

This can be normal. But if you are at all
worried, you can call your doctor and
discuss it with him/her. Keep taking your
IRON!

I hope it settles down some for you! I
hated that.. Did your job decide to work
with you on the hours? Idk if you updated
or not already.

Roxanne is my second daughter (3rd
pregnancy) I went into premature labour
(miscarriage) at almost 22 weeks. We
nicknamed her Angel but her real name is
Roxanne

Do you like the mirena better? The copper
coil (paragard) does make you bleed a lot.
How is the mirena working in that
department. You said you had some bleeding
for awhile upon re-insertion. Is that
working out?

Well the bleeding continues to SUCK, and i
almost went to the ER cause i was changing
a tampon every hour, but the doctor said
it was normal for my first period after
Sophie, but it's a bit better today.
And yes i've been doing the 1-9 shifts.
It's a lot better than the 4-1, but i'm
still tired lol. It'll get better soon
though.

Well that's good they didn't stick you to
the 4-1 shifts, I don't know if I could
survive that! Yay for your period being a
little better today!
