If you want to know what discogenic
disease is it's basically degeneration of
the intervertebral disc. Over time,
repeated daily stresses like standing up,
sitting improperly and minor injuries
begin to affect the discs in your spine.
Minor injuries to an intervertebral disc
may not cause pain at the time of the
injury but can build up and from wear and
tear - the disc begins to degenerate.
