Im 24 weeks pregnant and woke up this morning feeling achy when i went to go to the bathroom i noticed i was bleeding. not a lot but i thought even a small amount was bad. should i go to the dr right away? is something wrong???

Yes, this might be reason for concern and you should definitely call your doctor right away.
