I put on 46 pounds but my Dr. said its best to at least put on 25-35 pounds. My friend gained 90 pounds with hser, each women is different but so long as your at least putting on 25 pounds by the end of your pregnancy, id say your doing great. I diddnt start putting on weight until close to the 3rd month. Enjoy your pregnancy! =D

Do you mean to gain? or to actually pick up and carry across the room? Gain- 25-35 Lift- I vaguely remember hearing 20lbs, I could be wrong though.
