Have you been getting enough sleep and
eating enough lately? Heavy dieting, an
increase in exercise, and low blood sugar
could be causing these problems.

I have NEVER been on a diet, and get at
least 7 or 8 hrs of sleep a night. I don't
exercise much. Low blood sugar is what I
was worried about. Should I get tested for
diabeties?

Go to your doctor. The feeling of nearly
falling and passing out could be a drop in
blood pressure. The weakness, dizziness
and shaking sound like symptoms of
hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). You should
get this looked into to ensure it is not
an endocrine related problem or something
more serious.

Yeah, these are definitely alarm ringers
in my book.

Are you on any new medications? They can
make you feel very sick sometimes and then
you need to get off of them.

LIP TURNING DARK Posted: 04-20-08 22:16pm
I woke up about a week ago and notice a
dark spot on my lower lip, now the entire
lip is beginning to turn dark. What could
this be?
