Stiff neck...help

I dont want to take any tylenol the
heating pad makes me hotter then i already
am, so what can i do to relieve thid
discomfort?

You could try showering with the water on
hot or using icy hot massaged in.

nothing that would ever come in contact
with the baby.

you are pregnant.
ETA: If you are concerned, call up your
doctor's office and ask the nurse to make
sure you are comfortable with doing it.

i don't take tylenol while pregnant
either. have you tried an ice pack? that's
what i use for everything.

hot was a good idea so i just gave up lol
it just hurts when i turn my head or when
im driving

Is your mom a doctor or a nurse?
You could go to the chiropracter. And,
yes, it is fine to do that when you are
pregnant. In fact, if I ever got pregnant
again, I'd go the chiro EVERY week to keep
that dreaded sciatica at bay!

my mother taught med students so i would
think she would know something but that
was many years ago so i figured i would
ask here
