Yes, as of now he is legally
resp. for Alex..soon he wont be though.
I know once the papers are signed he has
no right to see Alex, but isn't that kinda
hard if we wanna be friends..eventually..
I agree that a child is a gift and I
believe Alex saved me from putting myself
threw more of what I already had.
Actually, we DID use condoms. The first 2
times they broke and I believe that's
about when I got pregnant..
Except that you got your period after the
two broke.

my opinion. What was he thinking by
having unprotected sex with you? He was
over 18, he is an adult, so there is no
excuse for him not to know you were going

That added to the fact that you guys had

if" you did get pregnant, and he said he'd
stay with you and you both would raise the

yes, i did get my period after but it
wasn't a normal period..it was lighter and
lasted 2 days instead of 4-5.....
Devon and I both should have known better
like the week after we quit using condoms
i found out I was pregnant.
We did discuss it. He says i i'd have an
abortion i don't remember that...

conversation... he tends to block things
out that he doesn't like or want to
remember... I think he only said that 'cuz
he thought i'd never end up pregnant.

But he was having sex with you with no
condoms. What did you think when you were
having sex with no condoms? Did you still
think you wouldn't get pregnant, or did
you realize you might, but that Devon
promised to stay with you and raise the
child things would be ok?

didn't tell him till I missed my
period...
I don't know what we were thinking. We
