I cannot seem to get under 155lbs Sad For the last 2 weeks I've been bouncing from 155-157 & it's really starting to get me down. Granted last week I had my period so that explains a lot but grrrr why can't I seem to lose anymore weight? I'm still doing WW, doing Tae Bo 20 minutes a day, 3 days a week on top of chasing a very fast 16 month old around all day long + plus cleaning nonstop! The thing is, I am really starting to FEEL smaller if that makes any sense, I feel like I'm losing weight.. My clothes are fitting better, I'm in size L shirts now instead of XL. Shane even told me it looks like I've lost more weight than I have.. So what the heck is goin on with me? Ugh I guess I just needed to rant! But here are some updated progress pictures anyway! I was feeling really good today, this whole outfit is new & I was just getting ready to go to my hair appointment!

You look great! It sounds like you've hit a plateau, but I'm sure if you keep doing what you've been doing, you'll be the weight you want to be in no time!

i would love to be back down to 155.
but i think i've been gaining lately.

i can't seem to get under 160.
ugh. it's so frustrating.
i used to be 130-140.

You're building muscle, Mich. Muscle weighs more than fat, and tae bo is a muscle builder. You're not necessarily losing weight, but you're toning up. Which I think is even better!

I wish I was complaining I weighed 155!! I can never seem to get under 195!! Razz

Always remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be losing fat and gaining muscle!! that may be why you feel smaller!!

i think you look great!

are you still doing points? when i hit a plateau i switch them up a bit. i'll go down 2 points and if that doesn't do anything after a week, i'll go up 2 points. sometimes you need to try different things to get going again.

I think you look great!!! Once your body gets used to doing the same workout for a while you need to switch it up for it to continue to work. So even if you add extra time to it (like 30 min instead of 20) or add an extra day a wk. That should get things going again. Or even trying a new workout and alternating back and forth from tae bo to another one is another idea for you.

Good luck girl and remember that this is the point where many girls fail because they give up when they stop losing but trust me if you keep it up you will start losing again Smile

Thanks everyone, you guys always make me feel 100 times better!

Krissy I used to be the same, from 130-140. I'm starting to think it's harder to lose baby weight than it is any other weight Sad You'll get there, I personally think you look great anyway!

You guys are right, I'm probably just gaining muscle which isn't why I'm losing anymore.

B, I am still doing points.. I've been getting 22/day but I'm going to bump it down to 20/day, starting today & we'll see if by next Thursday, the 14th, if I've lost anymore!

Thanks Shannah, I definatley don't want to give up but this is getting awfully hard! I'm going to bump my WW points down a little & do Tae Bo longer & add a day each week! I hope I can get the ball rolling again!

Thanks so much again girls! I don't know if I've said it before, but you all are a huge part of my motivation!
