If it is just a tiny bump, this can be completely normal on the labia. Often there are dozens and dozens of tiny bumps there.

However, if it itches/burns, this is not normal. Burning could be due to a UTI and itching due to a yeast infection possibly.

However, has she been having unprotected sex at all? If so, it is possible that it may be an std.

She should go see her doctor and get tested and checked out.

she's having unprotected sex[fiance]..

itching thing it really itch when its time for her to pee and when to much secretion/discharge.she always wash after she pee and changing undies and pantyliners. she used feminine wash called betadine feminine wash. to lessen her itching. the burning sensation it really hurts and sting a lot. while peeing and washing up to her anal. if it yeast infection is there any cream of some sort to apply by the she might be too be preggy [like me..]

She could still use monistat if she is pregnant. If she is worried, she should really just see her doctor. The doctor will be able to pinpoint exactly what it is, so she won't have to worry and go through pain, trial, and error.

She sounds like she needs to go to a DOCTOR, and not just use OTC treatments. The doctor can give her very good medicine to fix whatever is wrong.

I'm not sure about this "friend", but they seem to share an uncomfortable amount of information about their vagina and hygeine habits with others... Honestly, if anybody gave me a tenth of the details you got about the specific sensations felt between their legs before, during and after voiding themselves, I would LEVITATE. You describe this issue with such detail, (right down to the changing frequency of their underwear & pantiliners! Who shares that stuff????) I can't imagine how much MORE disturbing information your "friend" unloaded on you for you to be able to repeat it - most people can't recall the specific idiosyncrasies of another persons activities or link another persons physical ailments with an emotional component enough to summarize it t, much less repeat it verbatim & then take action and seek help for it! Unless of course they are the ones with the broken vag. and huge laundry bill... Maybe things are different wherever you come from, but I'm just kinda thinking that anyone that knows that much about their friends vagina probably got "preggy" through artificial means...

I'm just sayin....

Honey, there is no need to say this is your friend's problem. No one on here is going to say anything different than if you said this is your problem.
These problems can become very common for women.

I wouldn't recommend using a feminine wash anymore. The body is perfectly capable of cleansing itself. Those feminine washes clean out EVERYTHING-even the stuff that is supposed to be there. Eat some yogurt everyday, that is a good way to help prevent any yeast infections. Are you on any antibiotics or have you been recently?
You really should just suck it up and go to the doctor. If you are embarrassed, just remember that those doctors have seen worse and will see worse than any problem you think you have or will have. Wink
