Q: getting ultrasound

Ok...so I had my regular docs apt today. We heard an amazing heart beat. So we are self-pay and my doc has been trying to get us a good price for my 20 week u/s pretty much all week. So today we were able to talk it over with him and just decided to go with one and just do it already. I have put it off long enough already. So I got home and called the place and they close at noon on Friday Rolling Eyes

So now I have to wait til Monday to set up the apt. Oh well...whats a few more days. I am just getting anxious I guess.

Ultra sounds are so exciting and it's amazing to see what everything looks like on the inside, especially when you feel the baby kick and can see it do so on the screen!

It'll be worth the wait Smile

That is awsome! I love ultrasounds even though 4 of them told me I was having a "girl" & out popped a boy lol. And they said they had "good crotch shots" too LOL. Have fun with your ultrasound, its funny to see baby move about and if your baby was like mine, see him/her have the hiccups was cute lol. Enjoy!

Thank you ladies. We are both very much looking forward to seeing what we are having. We went to dillards last night and they had some very cute baby clothes on sale but we didn't want to buy any since we didn't know what we should get....oh well. Maybe they will still be there next weekend.

Ok....update. It is Monday morning and I got up first thing this morning and called and scheduled an ultrasound. It will be wednesday morning at 11. I am so excited. These next couple of days are going to drag on. Beside I have a baby shower to go to tonight for a girl I know. she is having a girl. I had to buy some really cute stuff and was so tempted to buy some for me....but didn't since we don't know yet. wednesday though!! yipee.

whats your intuition tell you your having? they say a pregos mothers dreams never lie on the identity. I always dreamed a boy and I had a son but I relied on 4 u/s which all 4 were wrong, how could they miss a penis LOL! Anyways its not proven that what u dream is true but every girl I know who had a baby dreamed of either a boy/girl and it was right so j/w. Goodluck with your pregnancy. =D
