I've been told if you lift your hands over your head your baby's umbilcial cord will get wraped around his/her throat.Is that true?

They told me that if my stomak is low I get a boy , they told me that if I eat more milk produkts I will get a girl, who can belive that, theres women who dance or do yoga and are pregnant or swimm I do not think it is dangerous for the baby if you hold your hands up ...... Never heard that before. Calm down momy.... :d :d
