Stomach, Ulcers, Gastric Bypass, and Colon Disorders Answer A Posted: 02-19-08 10:37am
YOU WROTE:
Current medical status: I have seen my
doctor and was on anti-inflammatory
medicines but didn't improve.I have also
been to the dentist with tooth aches and
am in the process of having a couple of
root canals done.
Current medical treatment: Ibeoprofen for
the pain Listenopril and attenonol
(sp?)for high blood pressure
The back pain that you are experiencing is
probably not related with the stomach
disorder. You can take an X-ray image of
the spine to exclude one very common
condition, spondylosis, as a reason for
those pains. Taking painkillers is the
only thing you can do for now. Massages,
ice packs and heating bags can help in
case of muscle pain but not in case of
neural pain that is present during
spondylosis. Additionally, you can
contact an orthopedist about your back
pain for advice and consultation for a
more precise diagnosis.
