You probably have neither colon cancer nor
stomach cancer because if that were true,
you would have been dead by now.
Furthermore, stomach cancer does not
manifested with the presence of red blood
in the stool (rectorrhagia). There can be
blood present in the stool in cases of
stomach cancer... but the stool is black,
not red. That is called melena. Colon
cancer CAN manifest with rectorrhagia but
occult bleeding is more common.
The most common reason for rectorrhagia
are hemorrhoids. You can consult an
internal medicine specialist or an
abdominal surgeon about this for advice
and a more precise diagnosis.
