im on birth control but 2 weeks ago i
missed a pill and took the morning after
pill 2 days after, its been 2 weeks and my
period is due in a week, my breasts are
very tender..i was wondering if that the
combined pills had this effect

That's a good question. I would call the
pharmacy where you get your bc pills and
ask them. Pharmacists know a great deal,
sometimes more than your own doctor, about
medications.

It sounds like it is hormonal and probably
caused by the pill and the morning after
combo.

Sounds like the pills to me. Tender
breasts aren't a symptom (usually) until
after implantation, when your body revs up
the hormones. If you were pregnant, it
would be a little too early for the
hormonal symptoms to be setting it.
Don't stress about it, though, because
that will make your period later!
