ok here it goes my bf has diabties and high blood presssure. he's been drinking a lot and not taking hes pills. its been weeks now that he goes out an does not come home utill after 5am. he says he out drinking with friends but i dont belive him. one thing i do know is that he can't keep an erction long or even cum when he's like this. should i be worried that hes out having sex with some other girl. or can blow jobs alone satisfy this type of problem

It can be difficult to maintain an erection or reach orgasm when intoxicated therefore his story may check out. Do you have any reasonable suspicion other than the fact that he can't perform when in that state? As a diabetic, he should definitely watch his drinking.
