Mine are like yours so that's why I think
that I didn't quite do my job educating
them about street smart so that why they
are often bullied. Once the 'good' brother
in law of mine passed a remark which I
will NEVER forget, he was talking this to
his girlfriend at that time "If our
children like these I 'll put them in
cage". Tell me how cruel is that!

Put them in a cage? Geezzz...people can be
so cold sometimes. That isn't something I
would ever say even if I was kidding.

Everyone today I am upset at the boy who
intially bullied my son again I gave my
son something for him to pass to his class
teacher a souvenier as we just got back
from somewhere but instead the boy took it
from my son and used it. I asked my son
why didn't he report it to the teacher he
said that he is afraid that the boy will
beat him again, I am so mad at him for not
defending his right tell me what should I
do next?

Are the bullies a lot bigger than your
son? I didn't like fighting when i was a
child, still don't, even if I knew I could
win. Maybe your son needs for you to take
him with you to the principles office and
both of you tell him that he needs to come
to the principle as soon as any bullies
start messing with him..it sounds like he
is afraid to report it to the teachers and
principle??

Wow this is totally getting out of hand.
If this was going on and nothing was being
done to help my child and get rid of the
bullies, and I had done everything I could
(and you have) I would take him out of the
school.
It is important that he can concentrate on
his studies without having to worry about
stuff like this, and not only that, he is
going to be afraid to go to school: any
school, which you don't want.
I think education is important, but this
is probably sending him backwards and you
need to protect him above all esle.
Are there other schools that you can send
him to just for this year or permanently?
I don't know if you have it over there,
but maybe home schooling might be a
possibility for this year instead of
sending him somewhere. Or, maybe there is
a private tutor if you cannot do this
yourself. If not, waiting a year to send
him back is probably the best thing. All
because a child is a certain age doesn't
mean that he HAS to be in a particular
class. I have seen many mothers keep
their boys back a year and they do better
academically this way.
